Our utmost care is taken to supply you with the product as seen or described. Should there be a change, we will inform you prior to shipment.
A receipt will be sent to you after your concluded transaction. It is also available in your portal
Return of items will be granted, should the product sent, not match what you ordered or in a non working condition. Payment for courier will be to Elmain's expense.
It depends if the product have been discontinued or a newer model is available. In that case, the answer is no. But most of the time, we will restock "out of stock" items. Please get in contact with us to make sure.
You can have your package couriered virtually anywhere in South Africa. We have a few courier companies that does our deliveries. All of them is linked to our site and up to date prices and availability is shown.
